With a couple of mouse clicks in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel, you can set up 5 different security levels. If you continue to get spam email messages or the email filters start preventing legitimate messages from reaching your mailbox, you can switch to some other level just as easily. If you do not want to risk omitting a legitimate email that may be flagged as spam owing to its content, you can also set up custom email filters based on the sender, the body or the subject of the email message and forward the emails to a separate mailbox where you can check them at a later time.

In case you use one of our Linux semi-dedicated packages, you won’t have to worry about unsolicited bulk emails stuffing your mailboxes all the time, as you can resort to the popular SpamAssassin spam filter that we provide with each and every account. Our custom-created Hepsia Control Panel will permit you to enable the filter for any email account with a couple of clicks and you can choose one of the 5 levels of protection – from very low to very high. The level can be altered at any moment if, for example, genuine messages get filtered, or if junk messages go through and reach your inbox. To take no chances, you can choose all filtered messages to be forwarded to a special email account such as firstname.lastname@example.org and not to be erased. In this way, you can examine them from time to time to make sure that you haven’t missed out on a genuine message.
